The Biden–Harris administration has been applying the conspiracy-against-rights charge, which was originally crafted to prosecute the Ku Klux Klan, against pro-life advocates. President Joe Biden originally campaigned for the U.S. Senate as a pro-life Democrat. Now, his administration is spending the twilight of his political career targeting people expressing the same beliefs he once did. It adds another somber note to a bereft swan song. Read more... ...

A major court victory in New York is being celebrated by pro-life pregnancy centers and their allies all over the country. The recent federal court ruling in NIFLA v. James protected pregnancy centers in New York against the rabidly pro-abortion attorney general, Letitia James, who sued eleven of these centers, along with Heartbeat International, seeking penalties for "deceptive advertising" of a medical procedure known as Abortion Pill Reversal (APR). The judge issued a preliminary injunction blocking James' hostile attack from going into effect. This is a significant win as it continues the trend of precedent-setting cases in the free speech rights of pro-life pregnancy centers....

At first glance, the issues of abortion and LGBTQ appear unrelated. Same-sex relationships are sterile and can't result in pregnancy. But the homosexual movement has actively inserted itself into the abortion debate because both the trans and pro-abortion movements are built on a shared philosophy: sexual license that accepts no sexual limitations from church, state, or culture. Abortion advocates and LGBTQ advocates alike generally believe that sex should be free for any reason, with anyone, and with zero consequences. And they demand that this philosophy be accepted by everyone. Read more......

Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America sent a letter to ABC News president Almin Karamehmedovic and debate moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis that urges them to issue a correction and meet with abortion survivors over a viral moment where Davis fact-checked Trump. Trump's apparent reference to made by former Virginia Democratic Gov. Ralph Northam at the debate drew a quick rebuke from Davis. "There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born," Davis said. "This is 100% inaccurate. Her statement tragically ignores the reality of babies who survive failed, late-term abortions but are denied basic medical care and left to die," Marjorie...

Visitation Catholic Church in Elmhurst, IL won't be posting little white crosses all over its lawn this year, a church official announced over the weekend. Just last year, an Elmhurst alderman criticized the display. The crosses at York and Madison streets have long signified the church's pro-life position on abortion. They have gone up every fall as part of a national pro-life campaign. This year, Adorjan said, the church will feature signage that focuses on healing and offering resources to those in need. An article in ProPublica claims that the death of a young mother is directly due to a pro-life law in Georgia protecting preborn children from abortion. In the article, author Kavitha Surana also announces plans to continue attempting to blame pro-life laws for women's abortion deaths. There are some key things to note here, which ProPublica either didn't admit or buried within the story, underneath a misleading title, along with a paragraph that reads, "… ProPublica obtained reports that confirm that at least two women have already died after they couldn't access legal abortions and timely medical care in their state. There are almost certainly others." This is false. Read more......

Dr. Christina Francis, CEO of the American Association of Pro-life Obstetricians and Gynecologists (AAPLOG) and a board-certified OB-GYN who has practiced for two decades, said that Thurman's death "was caused by legal abortion drugs" as well as medical negligence. "Amber Thurman's tragic death, recently covered by multiple news organizations, was caused by side effects of legal abortion drugs and medical negligence, not pro-life laws," Francis said in a statement. A pro-life activist is suing the city of San Diego over their new laws restricting free speech within a 100-foot vicinity of abortion clinics. The new "bubble zone" laws stipulate that speech within 100 feet of an abortion clinic must be "softer than normal conversation," according to the Thomas More Society, and the speech must not "harass or intimidate." The law also states that a pro-life protestor or counselor must obtain consent before entering in a passerby's 8-foot "bubble." Read more... ...

The intentional dissemination of false information to influence public opinion and make millions of dollars in business by hiding the truth has dramatic consequences, especially when it threatens human life and involves the sacrifice of millions of innocent people. The film "The Silent Scream" reveals the fallacious foundations, the hoaxes, the traps, and the hidden profit behind the pro-abortion ideology, starting with the Roe vs. Wade court case. This dispute heard by the Supreme Court of the United States in 1973 is at the origin of the decriminalization of abortion, its absurd consideration as a fundamental right, and the false relationship with a conquest of women's autonomy....

While relaying the news story of Amber Thurman, who died in Georgia in 2022 after a botched chemical abortion, Lawrence O’Donnell, the host of MSNBC’s “The Last Word,” further spread the misinformation that the dilation and curettage (D&C) procedure is a felony in Georgia — a claim many sources, including Live Action News, have debunked. It is completely legal to carry out a D&C in the state, except when used to deliberately kill a preborn child. After a while, one has to ask: do media pundits truly believe what they’re saying, or are they just counting on the American public to believe their lies? Read more......
