DKT International is no minor actor, it is the global giant of chemical abortion. With operations in more than 100 countries, strategic alliances in India, and a narrative that presents abortion as a supposed "right," this network seeks to impose a model in which the cultural and legal objections of nations are subordinated to the abortion industry. Far from being deterred by U.S. funding restrictions, DKT has chosen to circumvent them through private commitments and a dense international financing network.

Gavin Newsom pledged $140 million to Planned Parenthood locations in California on Oct. 24. On the same day, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul committed $35 million in funding to Planned Parenthood locations in New York. Both states are known for their abortion shield laws, which protect abortionists who mail abortion pills into states where they are illegal.

Eight people have been arrested for their connection to a group of Houston-area clinics accused of performing illegal abortions and operating without valid medical licenses, according to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. These new arrests follow the ongoing investigation of Maria Rojas, a 48-year-old midwife who performed illegal abortions and practiced without a medical license. Rojas was arrested in January 2025 and is the first individual charged under Texas's Pro-Life laws following the overturn of Roe v. Wade.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the arrests of eight people, including several foreign nationals, allegedly connected to a previously arrested Houston-area individual accused of performing illegal abortions and practicing medicine without a license. In the press release, Paxton's office states the eight arrested individuals were "practicing medicine without a license under Rojas."

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration quietly approved a new generic version of the abortion drug mifepristone. The drug is produced by Evita Solutions LLC, a company that describes its mission as being to "normalize abortion" and make it "accessible to all." Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser issued the following statement: "This reckless decision by the FDA to expand the availability of abortion drugs is unconscionable. These dangerous drugs take the lives of unborn children, place women and underage girls at serious risk, empower abusers, and trample the pro-life laws enacted by states across the nation."

Fairfax County resident Rosie Kostka spoke to the Fairfax County Public Schools board meeting of her experience coaching a public school's ultimate frisbee team and teaching at Our Lady of Hope School in Potomac Falls. "Virginia state law says I cannot give my Fairfax County high school athletes Tylenol for a headache, yet these girls were brought to surgery without their parents knowing," she said. "As a teacher, I keep my kids' parents in the loop. I would expect the same outreach, not only from my child's teacher, but also from the school counselor dealing with something as big as a pregnancy. School does not exist to take guardianship of our children."

Abortions performed by Planned Parenthood reached an all-time high in the two years after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled there is no constitutional right to abortion and the ensuing rise of abortion restrictions in many states, drawing amplified calls for lawmakers to prevent public funding from going to abortion businesses. The nation's largest abortion provider performed over 400,000 abortions, collected nearly $800 million in taxpayer funding in 2023-2024, and decreased the share of cancer screenings and other health services it offers, according to the corporation's 2023-2024 annual report. The New Jersey governor's new budget proposal includes $52 million to fund abortion, reproductive health, and family planning, including a $2 million incentive program designed to bring "reproductive health care providers" to the state. In his remarks for the 2026 budget, Gov. Phil Murphy made clear the initiative was designed to bring abortionists and others from pro-life states. He said the program would attract reproductive health care providers "targeted by politicians elsewhere." Murphy also pledged to stockpile abortion pills.

The abortion pill cartel operates using "community partner networks," groups of volunteers who help women in the U.S. order abortion pills from foreign countries and then ship those drugs. These community partner networks encourage women to request abortion pills using secure networks and unhackable email accounts, in order to evade prosecution. One community partner network affiliate, based in Mexico, even told women, "To be on the safe side, you should erase messages and emails about your abortion from your phone." The group even told women that if they suffer bleeding after their chemical abortion, they should visit an emergency room and claim to be experiencing a miscarriage.

Several dozen pro-abortion activists marched to Alaska's Governor's Mansion in Juneau to demand that Gov. Mike Dunleavy take down a pro-life flag that he flies next to the U.S. and Alaska flags. Chanting, "Our rights, our choice," the protesters snaked through the State Capital – whooping and screaming as pedestrians looked on. One marcher, dressed in Game of Thrones's styled battle garb, wielded a large metal sword, which she jabbed into the air while joining the cacophony of voices railiing against any effort to protect unborn babies from abortion.

Melinda Gates’ high-dollar funding of abortion throughout the world offers what pro-life leaders say is a “grim reminder” of what pro-life advocates are up against in their fight for the unborn. Gates, who has written fondly about her Catholic upbringing, said last week she is giving multimillion-dollar donations to abortion-supporting groups. Among the richest people in the world, she reportedly has a net worth of about $11 billion.

Planned Parenthood officials appear to discuss mutilating the bodies of living babies to bypass federal law against partial-birth abortions in previously unseen undercover videos obtained by the pro-life Center for Medical Progress. "The new videos show Planned Parenthood's financial interest in selling the body parts from aborted babies is even bigger than previously discussed and their criminal intent is irrefutably documented," David Daleiden said. "The new footage also shows the barbaric lengths Planned Parenthood will go to in order to cover up their illegal abortion harvesting."

After an Idaho mother and her adult son were charged with kidnapping for taking his 15-year-old girlfriend out of the state against her will to obtain an abortion, a pro-life advocacy group is warning parents about incidents of "abortion trafficking." The Stanton Public Policy Center and the pregnancy resource center network Stanton Healthcare released a statement denouncing the incident involving Rachael Swainston, 42, and her son Kadyn Swainston, 18. They were charged with second-degree kidnapping and other felony charges late last month after a monthslong investigation.

The American Medical Association voted down 476 to 106 a resolution from Thomas Eppes Jr., MD, a delegate from Forest, Virginia, that asked the AMA to "advocate for availability of the highest standard of neonatal care to [an] aborted fetus born alive at a gestational age of viability," which occurs at approximately 22 weeks' gestation. "This position is not to argue the woman's right to choose ... The decision to abort is still between the patient and the physician," Eppes said. "It does not imply the woman's responsibility for the fetal life, but this resolution places the burden of care on the physician, who now has to care for two patients once the fetus is viable."

The Pennsylvania Department of Health published its findings from an unannounced visit to UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital resulting from a formal complaint I submitted stating that the facility was breaking state licensure regulations by not allowing pro-life advocates to be present during board of directors meetings. Local and state pro-lifers have held rallies and prayer walks on the sidewalk outside Magee during scheduled meeting times since they were barred from direct participation. Magee was cited for violating 28 Pa. Code 103.3, 10, iii, which requires hospital governance to hold at least one meeting per year in which members of the community can be in attendance.

Citing the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health overturning Roe v. Wade, in September, the VA announced that it would begin offering abortion services at VA facilities nationwide. The VA brazenly issued this edict without first engaging the legislative branch, as it is required to do. Ignoring 30 years of congressional authority expressly prohibiting abortions at VA facilities, the VA was to immediately begin offering abortion services regardless of the unborn child’s gestational age and in spite of any state laws which might prohibit such a procedure.
