Oklahoma Passes Anti-Chemical Abortion Pill Trafficking Act

LegislationThe landmark bill passed Oklahoma’s State Senate 37-10, having previously passed the state’s House of Representatives by a vote of 77-19 in Spring 2025. The bill now goes to Governor Kevin Stitt’s desk for signature. If signed, Oklahoma would become just the first state to pass this version of the law, and the first to enact criminal penalties for those exploiting women by illegally trafficking pills. Gov. J.
